Scope
We support all Shipable-built agents deployed via our platform, across Web, WhatsApp, Slack, and API endpoints. This includes:
- Agent creation, prompt config, and template usage
- Actions and integrations (Stripe, Notion, Cal.com, Webhooks, etc.)
- Multi-agent setups and chaining logic
- Knowledge ingestion and RAG behavior
- Agent performance, fallback handling, and observability tooling
We do not debug third-party infrastructure or custom frontend setups beyond what's integrated in Shipable.
Plans
Free Plan:
- Community support via Reddit
- Access to documentation and templates
- No SLA or guaranteed human support
Paid Plans (Pro, Enterprise):
- In-app support via our AI assistant with escalation to human
- Guaranteed response within business hours (or custom SLA for Enterprise)
- Slack or shared channel (Enterprise only)
